Pecunia Causa is the student investors’ association of Radboud University, Nijmegen, founded in 2009. For more than 17 years, we have brought together students who share one thing: an interest in finance, investing, and making their money work for them.

Our mission is simple: make finance accessible. We want to increase financial awareness and knowledge among students, regardless of whether you are buying your first stock or are already invested.

With our shared portfolio, we directly put it to practice. In our monthly meeting we weigh risks, discuss opportunities and decide together.

More than an investment

We are a student association, too. Alongside finance, we organize in-house days and plenty of informal socials. So whether you’re looking to meet future colleagues, learn from professionals, make new friends, or simply enjoy a drink with fellow investors, there is always something happening.

“The world revolves around money,” and we understand that as no other. Pecunia is Latin for money, while causa means cause or reason. Our association is caused by money.
